Northeast Ohio Clean Transporation advocates for a three strand approach to solving our transportation related energy and air pollution problems. This three strand approach engages the varied audiences that are affected by transportation and provides a framework from which to view solutions:

Fuels: focuses on homegrown and/or renewable replacements for gasoline and diesel that are cleaner burning.

Practices:
focuses on practical solutions for citizens, corporations, and
institutions that enrich the greater community through individual
empowerment.

Technologies: focuses on modifications to the internal combustion engine and other integral parts with a goal of improving vehicle efficiency and emissions.
